Action launcher is an extended launcher with extended menu bar. in
action launcher menu is on top for faster access. there is an action bar
which have all your favorite apps as a shortcut. the most different
thing on this launcher is that Action bar is present in home screen
also.

there are more several launchers. but they all change the whole visual display like icons,home screen, etc.
but it looks like default stock launcher.
